Since 1995, René-Sylvain has evolve in the Information Technology (IT) field and cybersecurity. Microsoft Expert, he has led multiple projects, including IT recovery plans. As part of those mandates, he has collaborated with:
- small and medium entreprises;
- many government entities, municipal, provincial and federal;
- very large corporation, renown throughout the world in manufacturing, banking, aerospace as well as telecommunications.
In 2017, he founded Indominus with the goals to prevent cybercrimnality by creating secure environments for his customers. Thanks to innovating technologies, collaboration-based approaches as well as prevention, Rene-Sylvain is showing up as a leader against cybercriminality.
His easiness to translate complex concepts and his unshakeable willingness to create a safer world make him an inspiring and passionate keynote speaker!

- International Cybersecurity Forum (FIC): North America 2022 — This is a required event in the world of cybersecurity and digital trust. In this event, Rene-Sylvain participated in the panel « Cybersecurity and the 4th industrial revolution: new challenges » and shared the scene with operational technologies experts. He presented ways to secure critical infrastructures.
- International Cybersecurity Forum (FIC): Europe 2023 — The European edition of the FIC was in its 17th edition. It is a highly sought after event for government officials, experts and cyberdefenders. Rene-Sylvain participated in panel named « Machine Identity,the Achilles' heel of IAM ».
- IT Sec 2023 — This event is aiming IT professsionals and MSP in Quebec. Rene-Sylvain participated in a panel titled: «Cyberattacks: Limiting the damage to better recover».

- CScience – Since 2022, he has written numerous articles ont his web platform and through this, participate in democratizing cybersecurity.
- The Toronto Star – He has co-published a paper with the founder of CYDER about the new Quebec legislation that is modernizing the protection of personnal information and privacy.
